FK PREP

My calloused finger & I have been super busy prepping for Finders Keepers. Only one more month to go and I have SO much to do! Since all my pieces are meticulously handmade by me and require a considerable amount of time, juggling this with my full-time job sees me sacrificing a little bit of sleep at the moment. Though, I think it will all be worth it in the end… : )

I also had a bit of a printer saga last week. My printer broke down, so for a day I obsessively trawled the net on information on all about the ‘best’ printer/ ink for what I needed. (I found some very valuable information indeed!) After 3 trips to Harvey Norman all within 20 hours, including an exchange, I had the printer (I think) I needed. I’ve only had it for a couple of days so I haven’t used it all that much but I think so far so good, except for the fact that the scanner doesn’t work with OS Lion which wasn’t mentioned anywhere! I’m just hoping they release a driver for it in the future as i really don’t want to return it and have to go through that saga all over again.

All that aside, I’ve been working on some new designs and creations including these 2 cards, which I think are my new favourites!

Hopefully in the next few weeks, I can shoot and share more of my new creations with you. I should also have something very exciting to share in the next couple of weeks!
